What is a sub-processor?
A subprocessor is a third party data processor engaged by Dmitry.Fitness who has or potentially will have access to or process data (which may contain Personal Data). Dmitry.Fitness engages different types of sub-processors to perform various functions as explained in the tables below.
Contractual Safeguards
Dmitry.Fitness requires its subprocessors to satisfy equivalent obligations as those required from Dmitry.Fitness (as a Data Processor) as set forth in Dmitry.Fitness Data Protection Addendum (“DPA”).

Process to Engage New Sub-processors
For all Subscribers who have executed Dmitry.Fitness DPA, Dmitry.Fitness will provide notice via this website of updates to the list of sub-processors that we use or which Dmitry.Fitness proposes to use to deliver our services. Dmitry.Fitness undertakes to keep this list updated regularly to enable subscribers to stay informed of the scope of sub-processing associated with Dmitry.Fitness services.
The following is an up-to-date list of the names and locations of Dmitry.Fitness sub-processors in both the production environment (where Dmitry.Fitness teaching platforms Lt and Lt LabStation are hosted) and also in the non-production environment used by our internal teams.
