Turkey Meatballs with a Twist of Ranch

Welcome to today’s recipe video! Today, we’re going to be making some delicious ranch turkey meatballs. These meatballs are perfect for a quick and easy weeknight dinner or for meal prepping. 1 lb lean ground turkey
2 bags Ranch Tortilla Style Protein Chips
3 tbsp coconut flour
1/2 white onion, chopped
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 large egg
1/4 tsp parsley (more for garnish if desired)
1/4 tsp sea salt

Combine all the ingredients in a big bowl, using your hands to mix well. Once everything is evenly distributed, divide the mixture into 16 equally sized balls that are approximately 1 and 1/2 inches in diameter. Place the meatballs in an air fryer and bake at 380 degrees for 10 minutes, making sure the internal temperature reaches at least 165 degrees F. After they are cooked, serve the meatballs with ranch dressing.
