INGREDIENTS

2 bell peppers
7oz cooked, shredded chicken (about 1 1/2 cups)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp blue cheese, separated
2 tbsp ranch dressing
2 tbsp buffalo sauce
1 bag Ranch Tortilla Style Protein Chips (crushed)
1/8 tsp salt

First, cut the bell peppers in half and remove the seeds.

Then, preheat the oven to 375 degrees and arrange the peppers in a baking dish.

In a separate bowl, mix together the cooked and shredded chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, 1 tablespoon of blue cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, crushed tortilla chips, and salt.
