INGREDIENTS:
8 oz. chickpea pasta or pasta of choice
2 cup shredded cheddar
2 Scoops of Unflavored Protein Powder
1 cup milk of choice
¾ cup plain Greek Yogurt
½ cup breadcrumbs (gluten free if needed)
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dash of paprika
½ tsp cracked pepper
½ tsp salt
To begin, preheat your oven to 375°F. Then, boil water and cook the pasta according to the instructions on the box.
Once cooked, drain the pasta and set it aside.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine milk, protein powder, and Greek yogurt, whisking frequently until well combined.
Gradually add in 1 1/2 cups of cheese, whisking until melted to form a sauce.
