3 tbsp oat flour
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 bag Ranch Tortilla Style Protein Chips, crushed

On another medium-sized plate, pour the beaten eggs and keep it aside. Take a third medium-sized plate and put the crushed chips on it. Keep it aside. Wrap each asparagus stalk with a strip of bacon and ensure that it’s wrapped tightly. Roll each bacon-wrapped asparagus in the flour and coat it well. Then, roll it in the beaten eggs and then in the crushed chips, making sure it’s well-coated. Place the coated asparagus on the baking sheet and bake it for 9-12 minutes until it turns golden brown.
